I don't think I have had a reasonable day yet since school began. Since I got back my time has been occupied by such things as dressing in drag and auditioning for a capella groups, disassembling the group study areas in the A-level to make a fort, and today driving around for 5 hours to and from Gurnee Illinois to pick up equipment for the fencing team. It wouldn't have been too absurd today, except that when we got there, the guy came to the door at 5:30, very clearly drunk, and told us he had just given the equipment to northwestern to give to us, so the drive was pointless. I ended up missing a whole bunch of stuff today, because I was expecting to get back at 5 and didn't get back until after 8. It's a good thing that school hasn't been hard so far. I think I'm running out of absurd things to do for now though, so pretty soon I guess things have to calm down.
